We charge all our residents an annual maintenance fee of 3,360/- AI or pro-rata depending on the contract length. Any damages caused to the accommodation unit i.e., paint, utilities, and fixtures i.e., fit-out at the Accommodation Unit by the Resident will be covered under AMC.

Any damages to the room such as spoiling the wall paint, breaking the furniture, breaking the window glass etc. will be charged over and above @150% of the market price of the damaged item.
