NO AGENCY OR PARTNERSHIP

The parties agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
