How do I get my security deposit refund back?
June 5, 2023 | 1:15 PM ByOnce you fill out the refund form, your property manager will be intimidated and a report of your application will be provided to the management. Once the management approves your security deposit minus any deductions will be processed.
Note: This whole process may take up to 60 days. The refund amount shall be calculated basis the report filed by your respective property manager. The deductions would be quantified and assessed based on any damages or misconduct by the applicant.
