Kamala Nehru College was established on 20th July 1964, formerly known as the ‘Government College for Women’, located in Delhi’s Defence Colony. Later in November 1972, a new building was laid at Hauz Khas in Delhi by the then-President Mr V.V.Giri. It was then when the college got a new name and became what we today know as Kamala Nehru College.
