Eligibility Criteria for CUET and DU Admissions 2023

To be eligible for CUET and DU admissions 2023, you must have completed:

  • 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognised board in any stream.
  • You must also have passed each subject separately.
  • There is no age limit for CUET and DU admissions in 2023.

Application Process for CUET and DU Admissions 2023

The application process for CUET and DU admissions 2023 consists of two steps: registering for CUET and registering for CSAS (Common Seat Allocation System). You need to do both steps to be considered for admission to DU. Step 1: Registering for CUET The registration for CUET 2023 began on 9th February 2023 and finally ended on 11th April 2023. The application could be filled out through the official website of NTA CUET (https://cuet.nta.ac.in/). Personal details, academic details, course preferences, and exam city choices, and upload your scanned photograph and signature had to be uploaded for the same. The fee applicable for candidates for CUET 2023 registration is as follows:

  After successfully submitting your application, you can download your confirmation page and admit card. Step 2: Registering for CSAS Registration for CSAS 2023 will take place between the months of May and June. You can register online by visiting the official website of DU CSAS (https://admission.uod.ac.in/). You need to fill in your personal details, academic details, and course preferences and upload your documents, such as mark sheets, certificates, caste certificates etc. You also need to pay a registration fee of Rs. 250 for general category candidates and Rs. 100 for reserved category candidates through online mode. You can download your confirmation page and merit list after successfully submitting your registration.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus for CUET 2023

CUET 2023 will be conducted from May 21, 2023, to May 31, 2023, in online mode across various cities in India. The exam will be of two hours duration and will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The total number of questions and marks will vary depending on the course you have applied for. The exam will test your aptitude, reasoning, general awareness and subject knowledge. There will be a negative marking of one-fourth marks for each wrong answer. Counselling and Admission Process for DU UG Courses 2023

The counselling and admission process for DU UG courses 2023 will be done through e-counselling by Delhi University based on CUET 2023 scores. The results for CUET 2023 will be declared in the third week of June 2023 on the official website of NTA CUET. After that, DU will release its merit list and cut-off list for each course on its official website. You can check your rank and cut-off marks on the CSAS portal. If you meet the cut-off criteria, you can participate in the online counselling process by filling in your choices of colleges and courses. You will be allotted a seat based on your rank, preferences and availability of seats. You must confirm your seat by paying an online admission fee within the stipulated time.
