The security deposit is a standard fee that needs to be paid directly when taking your hostel admission. This is to ensure that the monthly fees will be paid and other responsibilities of the contract are performed (e.g., paying for damage caused by the resident, if any). The deposit equals two months rent and will be refunded after the end of the contract term. Kindly note that your deposit is separate from the first month’s hostel fee.
